I'm doing more handmade or hand altered this year. My recent project is that I got a free desk and refinished it Dora-style for my niece. We have a workshop and hubby wants to make each other gifts for Christmas :-) I'm still trying to figure out something for our parents - they fit in the babyboomer-super-consumer category, so they're tough. I made them a couple gift-in-a-jar last year and they haven't touched them yet.
