Thank you. Just the name Fight Back Friday's is terrific and inspiring. I doubt our govenor is going to post his local menu at Food Independence Day but I love the idea. Ruth Reichl some time ago poised the idea of the Obama's publishing a weekly menu, maybe just one day a week, as an example of eating healthy.
