Just popping back in to say that I LOVE the idea of the cider vinegar full of herb flowers. I'm forever pulling the flowers off of my front yard herbs but wondering if there is some way I could use them. Off to buy me some cider vinegar today.

Ironically, I'm doing something similar later this week only mine involves shopping at a farmers market and cooking at a local restaurant that strive to serve locally grown food. Hope it is half as useful and fun as your trip was.
